Our Level 2 Fire Safety Awareness (including Fire Marshal responsibilities) is a comprehensive one-day course designed for staff who play a more active role in workplace fire safety.

Ideal for those appointed as Fire Marshals, it goes beyond basic awareness to build solid knowledge, practical confidence, and a clear understanding of what to do before, during, and after a fire-related incident.

This full-day course gives learners the skills to support fire prevention, oversee evacuation procedures, and contribute to your organisation’s legal fire safety duties.

• Fire science fundamentals and how fires develop

• Common workplace fire risks and effective control measures

• Roles and responsibilities of Fire Marshals

• Conducting fire safety checks and identifying hazards

• Coordinating evacuations and assisting vulnerable persons

• Fire safety signage, procedures, and legal requirements

• How to raise the alarm and communicate effectively in an emergency

• Practical fire extinguisher awareness (Optional)

Learners receive a Level 2 Award in Fire Safety, a recognised qualification that supports compliance with current fire safety legislation.
