Our HSE-compliant First Aid at Work course gives you the skills and confidence to respond to a broad range of workplace emergencies. 

Delivered over 3 days (2 days for re-qualification), it’s ideal for higher-risk environments or anyone needing a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of first aid.

Taught by full-time operational first responders with genuine real-world rescue experience, the course is practical, hands-on, and designed to be engaging without the jargon or pressure.

What you’ll cover includes:

• Assessing a scene and prioritising casualties

• CPR and safe use of an AED

• Managing unconscious casualties

• Treatment of severe bleeding, burns, and shock

• Fractures, sprains, and soft-tissue injuries

• Choking, seizures, and allergic reactions

• Workplace-specific risks and incident reporting

By the end, you’ll leave confident in handling everything from minor incidents to more serious situations.

Successful learners receive a Level 3 First Aid at Work certificate, fully recognised and compliant with HSE requirements, valid for three years.
